Service Description

This 8 week hybrid (online & in-person) interactive group will focus on support and building skills to address mental, emotional, and spiritual needs of women of color. The group will utilize standard mental health interventions as well as African and Indigenous healing practices to support healing the entire Wombman. Topics covered in group: Grief Colorism & Race-Based Stress Superwoman Syndrome General Anxiety Depression Intergenerational Trauma Romantic Relationships
