**This training is approved for 3 CECs from the NASW.** This training addresses implicit bias. In this training participants will learn and understand the importance of developing awareness of cultural humility as well as developing an anti-racist mindset. The training is designed to be interactive, and participants will be provided with activities and resources to support cultural humility in action. Attendees will: 1. Learn and understand Implicit Bias. 2. Understand the importance of developing awareness of cultural Humility. 3. Learn to develop an anti-racist mindset. 4. Learn to develop an anti-bias mindset. 5. Learn and identify language used to develop an understanding of how to live and provide services with an inclusive mindset. 6. Explore the consequences of upholding the system of white supremacy.
