In my practice I support Women as well as female adolescents starting at age 16. I merge holistic and indigenous healing practices with psychotherapy to create a well-rounded healing experience. Helping my clients improve their self-esteem and discovering their divine selves has been a focus of my practice. Self-esteem is tied to so much of our successes in life. It has been my pleasure to support my clients on their paths to finding their inner strength and becoming their own champion for change.

In 2013 I completed the Department of Mental Health and Addictions Services 10 month Cultural Diversity & Competency cohort training to become a cultural diversity trainer.

I am a certified lactation counselor (CLC) as of October 2016. I was trained through the Academy of Lactation Policy and Practice to help women with the natural and beautiful art of breastfeeding.

Some of the services I provide are clinical supervision & clinical case consulting, program & curriculum development, cultural diversity & competency training, psychotherapy, group therapy, EMDR, DBT, CBT, sound healing, energy balancing & cleansing, tarot readings, ancestral readings. I also sell hand made herbal oils and smudge sticks.
