🌿 Roots and Resilience: Dangerous Self-Love & Empowerment

You are not too much! You are powerful, worthy, and deeply rooted!

Join us for Roots and Resilience, an in-person healing group designed for Black women to gather, move, reflect, and reclaim joy together. Each session blends movement, journaling, sound healing, and sacred sisterhood all held in community, on the land and by the sea.

We’ll dance. We’ll release. We’ll breathe together. Whether you're looking to reconnect with your body, process stress, or celebrate your growth, this is a space where you can show up fully as yourself. NO masks, NO pressure, just powerful presence.

✨ Expect:

  • Line dancing on the grass (Learn the “Dangerous” Line Dance)

  • Journaling with guided prompts

  • Sound baths with singing bowls + tuning forks

  • Empowerment meditations

  • Connection with other amazing Black women

  • Laughter, release, and realness

Let this be your midweek reset and reminder: you are your ancestors’ wildest dream.

All bodies and energy levels are welcome. Come exactly as you are.

🖤 Space is limited. Reserve your spot today and be part of the healing.
