Step 1: Take the rose petals apart and add them to the pot
Step 2: Add distilled water to the pot.
Step 3: Bring water to a boil for about 5 minutes and then turn to low for about 10.
Step 4. Let roses steep in water. I used a hand mixer to smash the rose petals and add more herbal essence to the water.
Step 5: Strain water out of pot into a glass jar.
Step 6: Add vodka or vitamin E to preserve it for at least a month or keep it in fridge for 1 week without additives.
