About the event
Join us for a vibrant and empowering twice monthly Movement & Meditation group designed to support women's mental and physical wellness. Each session blends joyful movement with mindfulness, featuring a variety of cultural dance styles including line dancing, Step Aerobics, African dance, hip-hop, belly dancing, and more. Every class concludes with a grounding meditation to help you reconnect and recharge.
Classes begin in October and will follow fun, rotating themes.
